B6 / PRIVACY

Clear data practices.
No hidden surveillance.

Effective August 27, 2026 · This policy explains what the Binary6 Labs website collects and why.

01

Information you provide

When you submit a project inquiry, we collect the information you enter: your name, company, work email address, project description, and the page from which the form was submitted. We use it to review your request, respond, and manage a potential business relationship.

02

Privacy-friendly analytics

We record aggregate page views, same-tab visits, engagement after 15 seconds, contact-button clicks, broad device categories, and broad source categories such as direct, search, social, or referral. A temporary same-tab session marker prevents repeat page loads from being counted as separate visits; it is not a persistent identifier. We do not store referrer addresses, IP addresses, advertising identifiers, cross-site activity, or browser fingerprints. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals by skipping this measurement.

03

Hosting and security data

Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as network addresses, device details, and request logs as needed to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and maintain reliability. Their processing is governed by their own service terms and security practices.

04

How long we keep information

Project inquiries are automatically removed after 12 months unless an active relationship, legal obligation, or legitimate operational need requires longer retention. Aggregate site-measurement totals are retained for up to 13 months. Operational security logs may follow the hosting provider’s retention schedule.

05

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that host, secure, or operate the site, and when required to comply with law, protect rights, or address fraud and security issues.

06

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to applicable obligations. You can also enable Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in a supported browser to opt out of our aggregate measurement.

07

Updates and contact

We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to Jonathan@binary6labs.com.
