06 / QUESTIONS
Clarity before
complexity.
Straight answers about what we build, how we work, and what responsible applied AI looks like in practice.
Working with Binary6
01What kinds of problems are a strong fit?
+
Complex, repeatable work where better speed, consistency, synthesis, or decision quality creates meaningful value. The strongest opportunities usually cross systems, depend on context, or require human judgment.
02Do we need a finished AI strategy first?
+
No. A real workflow, a visible constraint, and access to the people who understand the work are enough to begin. We help shape the opportunity and the system strategy together.
03How do engagements start?
+
We begin with a focused conversation about the work, the users, the systems involved, and what a valuable outcome would look like. From there, we recommend the smallest credible next step.
04Who from our team needs to be involved?
+
Usually one accountable business owner, people close to the workflow, and the appropriate technology or security partners. We keep participation focused and decision-making clear.
Building the system
01Can Binary6 work with our existing software?
+
Yes. We design around the stack your organization already relies on and connect through the available APIs, data sources, documents, communications, and internal tools.
02Are you building prototypes or production systems?
+
Both, but prototypes are designed to answer a production question. We use them to test the hardest behavior, evaluate quality with real inputs, and make an informed launch decision.
03How do you evaluate AI quality?
+
We create representative examples from the real work, define what a good result requires, and measure the system against those criteria. Evaluation continues after launch as inputs and expectations change.
04Do you use one specific AI model or provider?
+
We choose models and infrastructure based on the work, constraints, quality requirements, and operating environment. The system architecture matters more than allegiance to a single model.
Trust and ownership
01How do you handle sensitive data?
+
Access is treated as an architectural decision. We design clear source boundaries, minimum-necessary permissions, intentional retention, and controls appropriate to the sensitivity of the workflow.
02Where do people stay in control?
+
That depends on consequence and reversibility. Systems can assist, prepare, recommend, request confirmation, or escalate. Consequential actions should remain visible and accountable.
03Will our team be able to operate what you build?
+
That is the goal. We design the system, operating visibility, documentation, and handoff around the people who will own it. Ongoing collaboration is available when the system needs continued advancement.
04Who owns the work?
+
Engagement terms define ownership clearly before work begins. Our intent is to create durable capability for your organization, not dependence on an opaque black box.
